Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of eonest.ai, your EONEST account, and the Eonest Lab desktop app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep access to your email account secure: it's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@eonest.ai if you think someone else has used it.

The app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Eonest Lab, including for work. Don't resell it, remove its notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Open-source components included with or installed by the app, such as OpenModelica, are covered by their own licenses.

Your work

Your projects are yours. We claim no rights over anything you create with Eonest Lab. You're responsible for checking that results are correct before you rely on them: simulations, calculations and AI suggestions can be wrong, and Eonest Lab is a tool to support engineering judgment, not replace it.

AI providers

If you connect a third-party AI provider, your use of it is governed by your agreement with that provider.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, attack or overload our systems, or get around limits we put in place (such as download links or rate limits).

No warranty

Eonest Lab and the site are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, EONEST isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from results you relied on without checking them.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell account holders by email before it takes effect. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
